Try getting a meeting face to face. It will help your odds of getting a job since you become more then just a name on a piece of paper.
Dude, trust me on this, do NOT lump with McDonald's!! I worked there for 8 years mainly cleaning up after people's mess every Sunday. Most of the people were shit to hang around with, I only got along with a couple of nice people. I only worked one day a week because that was enough for me, RARELY I worked two or three days, but eventually I quit. I did a bit of website updating at some twatish hairdresser's place but eventually quit there (wasn't comfortable) so I did a couple of freelance projects. But now I'm still job hunting too. Point is, get out of there, ASAP.

I feel ur pain dude. I tried going for local jobs. Kroger, fruit stands,walmart etc. I tried working at farms but the farms want migrant workers or 21 years old . i also applied for McDonalds and burger king but apparently their 'packed'. I guess were all fucked T.T
